Payout is a class action discovery platform, not a law firm, and is unaffiliated with any parties to the class action. Payout helps users find and file settlement claims, but does not provide legal advice, represent users in any legal capacity, or process claim payments. All funds are handled by the class action administrator, and Payout does not guarantee eligibility, approval, or earnings.
